I am finally finishing up my last two classes for my Bachelor's of Photography through the Art Institute. It has been an incredible journey with each class and lesson. In one of my last two classes I had to do a photo essay on a topic that has meaning to me and affects my community.
I decided to do the essay on the Bossier City Animal Control (BCAC) They are the location that takes in stray and abandoned animals for the area. They do such an incredible job taking care of these animals. They get their areas cleaned and fresh clean bedding every morning! I was amazed at the hard work that the employees and numerous volunteers put into trying to take care of the dogs and cats and in trying to find them forever homes.
I have taken tons of photos of the animals, workers, and volunteers over the last few weeks. I hope that the photo series can eventually be used to try to help raise awareness on finding these dogs homes.

Northwest Louisiana Commercial Photography
I am a commercial photographer that has recently moved to the Shreveport/Bossier area in Louisiana. The new move has inspired me to change up my business blog, website, and social media accounts to better fit my brand and my business. I want to use this blog to share my experiences, images, plans, and business with all of you. As the time passes this blog will be a journal of my business life, inspirations, goals, plans, and work in general. I look forward to this opportunity to share my art with you.
